Many of you bring photos when you shop at Vintage Home, so we can help you find just the right piece for your living room, dining room, bathroom, etc. (Seriously, what did we do before cell phones?!) And on occasion, we get to see pictures of how your room(s) turned out. I was so impressed with Pam Walsh's bathroom makeover, that I just had to share it with you.Pam and her husband bought a vintage buffet and turned it into a custom vanity for their bathroom. They took the existing top off and replaced it with a soapstone countertop. But here's the best part: They turned the original buffet top into the frame for a mirror above the vanity. What a creative idea!
The vanity isn't the only custom piece that made it into this bathroom up-do: They also purchased a coordinating vintage dresser to use for extra storage and counter space. When I buy a house, I am definitely stealing this idea!No matter what room you're looking to furnish, Vintage Home is a great place to shop. And when you finish, don't forget to bring pics!
